Thread: Any hope of .410 Enfield to magazine fed?

I one of the older 3" single shot .410 cal Enfield imports from the old Springfield Sporters. Wondering if there is way to convert this thing from a single shot to mag fed? Non-rounded .410 tip would be a problem I assume.

Anyone tried this?

I used the mag from a Savage. 410 bolt action shotgun. Worked ok. Cheap from Gun Parts Corp.

I'm looking at the 38A/58A magazines, they have a cutout in the back that might line up with the original magazine release latch.

Wasn't too keen on them originally, but now seriously warming up to the idea of getting one.
