Primer Hardness Test

OK Gents, you piqued my curiosity... unscientific test but all the same does show a hardness of metal.
If we can all agree that the largest number equals the deepest imprint diameter (the softest metal) on a primer - then here are the numbers using a Lee Brinell lead hardness tester:
0.32 - CCI 300 LP
0.34 - Remington 2 1/2 LP... 6% softer than CCI
0.40 - Winchester WLP... 25% softer than CCI
0.42 - Federal 150 LP... 31% softer than CCI
CCI - Hard
Rem - Not so hard
Win - Softer
Fed - soft (best for light springs)
