Put another 200 rounds thru my Concept Vll today and had 5 FTE. Last trip ran 200 thru her and had 4 FTE. Gun was lubed up good, Should I be concerned about this issue? I am aware of the issue with Commander size Baers. Am I going to need to send to someone like Harrison to get this baby to run? I am no 1911 expert but feel like this is not going to go away on its own. Current round count down range is 410.

5 FTE in 410rds is a problem, IMO. 9 in 410 rds is far too often to carry it confidently. Often(Sometimes?) it takes a couple/few hundred rounds to get a gun loosened up enough that it runs 100%. If it's a Baer, I'm shocked though. I'd call Baer and get instructions on sending it back, personally. Even if you're well versed in the 1911, the Baer is a top-shelf gun that they WILL stand behind.

It sounds like your extractor tension is too light.

In addition to the extractor tension Rick mentioned, make sure nothing's wrong with the extractor's business end by comparing it to this:
