My frame hole for the rear ejector lug is .090". The lug itself is .096". So, looks like I need to drill it out a bit. But in years past, it was a common trick to drill the front ejector lug hole through to the magwell, so the ejector could be driven out with a long punch (if required)... Does anyone still do this any more? Can't decide if I want to or not...

I used a drill press & drilled the ejector hole straight through to the other side. This way I could drive it out if I needed to change the ejector. (I've since seen this pre drilled on some 80% frames) It can't hurt anything, & I use a 1/16 steel spring roll pin instead of the pin provided. It holds the ejector MUCH tighter & will never slip out. On my frame, the ejector hole overlapped the disconnector hole slightly, so I couldn't use the full length rod. I had to cut it to .140 worked like a charm.
